These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tehila Maison website (thetehilamaison.com.au) and your purchase of products from Tehila Maison, a brand within The Tehila Collective (ABN 64 692 924 306).

We make every effort to display wallpapers, acoustic panels, and accessories accurately, including colours, textures, and dimensions. Monitor settings and lighting can affect how products appear on screen. We recommend ordering samples where available before committing to a full quantity.

Product specifications, roll sizes, panel dimensions, and coverage details are provided on individual product pages. It is your responsibility to verify quantities using our calculators or by contacting our team before ordering.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice.

Payment is processed securely at checkout via our Shopify payment gateway. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, for example where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where delivery to your location is not feasible.

A confirmation email will be sent when your order is accepted. Please check your details carefully and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

Tehila Maison supplies wall products and accessories. Unless explicitly arranged, we do not provide installation services directly. We can connect you with recommended installers through our installer network page.

You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your substrate, environment, and building requirements. For commercial projects, consult your builder, designer, or specifier before ordering.

All content on this website, including imagery, product names, logos, blog posts, and design assets, is owned by or licensed to Tehila Maison and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Tehila Maison is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
