Due to the size of our products, some areas of Australia cannot have shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout. Before continuing, you must acknowledge that shipping is not free even if checkout shows $0.
Request a shipping quote before placing your order if you are unsure. Refund requests declined after acknowledging this notice at checkout will not be accepted.
Shipping to Western Australia & regional areas
Flat-rate shipping does not apply to orders from Western Australia or remote regional locations.

Acoustic panel freight (regional areas)
For some regional and remote areas, checkout may show $0 shipping for acoustic panel orders. That is not your final freight price — we cannot calculate panel freight automatically to every location.
After you purchase, Tehila Maison will contact you with the correct freight cost before your panels are dispatched. No panel order is sent until freight is confirmed with you.
Dispatch & processing
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require 5–10 additional business days.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delivery requirements
- Signature required: all deliveries require a signature on receipt.
- Authority to leave: include this in your order notes if you prefer (at your own risk).
- Inspection: inspect on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.
- Access: ensure the address is courier-accessible; difficult access may incur extra charges.
