How to reach the studio

Email is best for photos, floor plans, and order numbers. Phone or WhatsApp if you need a quick steer on rolls, panel counts, or freight. We aim to reply within one business day. For a specified brief, book a free design consultation instead of a general message.

What to include

Room photos, wall width and height, and whether the brief is wallpaper, acoustic wall panels, or both. If you already ran the wallpaper calculator or panel calculator, paste the estimate. Order questions need the order number. We supply Australia-wide; say if the site is metro Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, or regional so freight advice is accurate.
